step stones centre
As part of our vision to edify our church family, as well as our direct community, we have various ministry platforms and initiatives – Step Stones Centre is one of our CCM initiatives, started in 2017 by Pastor Letanea Barnard. Led by Pr Letanea and her team of professional ladies, Step Stones invests in the progress of children with special needs.
The Step Stones team has seen God do miracles in the lives of our children. We believe in instant healing.
We also believe in meeting people where they are at. There is a gap in good care and nurturing of children with physical limitations, and until they are perfected, we realize the importance of ministry through education, physical therapy and therapeutic care.
Each step is a miracle for our children – every bit of progress is one step closer to our goal, which is to see our children healed.

The Word of God is a beautiful book that testifies daily of the everlasting and living promises that we have received from our Father. Peter said in
2 Peter 1 that it is good to attain knowledge and to add it to your faith. It’s our desire to see our members grow in their walk with God and become confident Christians. Which is why we are so excited to announce CCM as one of the official Heritage of Faith Bible Institute (HFBI) campuses. Led by Pastor Derick and his wife Ammie Bubb, the HFBI campus offers part-time Bible training, as well as Post Graduate on-campus study programs weekly.
ABOUT PASTOR DERICK & AMMIE BUBB
They are devoted teachers of the Word and campus leaders of the Heritage of Faith Bible Institute (HFBI) division in Middelburg. They walk out their faith through practical application of their knowledge of the Word, backed with the qualifications as a Master of Ministry (M.Min). Pastor Derick is currently busy with his Doctorate. In 2015 he started out as Dean of the HFBI Satellite Campus in Middelburg, under leadership of Ps John Bendixen. "My passion is to touch, to teach and to train believers with the love and the gifts given to me by my Lord and Saviour. I enjoy serving God's nation in His Kingdom." – Ps Derick Bubb.

Founded by Pastor John Bendixen, “Heritage of Faith Bible Institute (HFBI) offers a part-time program allowing students to be dedicated to the family as well as their place of work, at the same time dedicating themselves to a meaningful study of Word of God. The program is supported and recognized by Jerry Savelle Ministries International, with Dr Jerry Savelle as the Chancellor of HFBI.” (2018, HFBI Official Site) “We believe, through the prayerfully selected course material, that the Spirit of Christ is imparted to the students.
